Hey everyone and Happy New Year.

Concern: Transmission will not shift out of 2nd.

Observations: PCM is only module able to communicate with. No modules on CCD Bus respond. Voltage on + and - is at 2.24 volts.

Tests performed: all modules except for BCM were...
