| 2002 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L Timing Chain Guide VIN: 1FMZU63E52 Engine has very slight rattle on cold start up. Goes away when warm. Pulled lower oil pan and found pieces of a timing chain tensioner. There is a flat spring (now in 3 pieces) that is 1/2 inch wide and approx. 4 inches long. Also a rounded end piece of nylon.... |

| 2002 Ford Explorer XLS 4.0L High RPM on highway VIN: 1FMZU72E92 Customer complains of high RPM at freeway speeds like it will not go into 4th gear. | 2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT 6.0L No Start VIN: 1FTNW21P63 Vehicle is a 6.0 diesel. Towed in with a no start. FICM showed low voltage. Tried two different FICM's . Voltage showing 48.5 volts with almost no drop on cranking. FICM sync is good. When cranking, the desired and actual fuel pressure is 1830 PSI. Will start... Trouble codes: P0670 |

| 2005 Ford Ranger Edge 4.0L fuel pump VIN: 1FTYR15E85 vehicle came with no start. vehicle started pulled in to the shop and stalled. has p0232 fuel pump high circuit code. has new fuel pump and filter in it. now vehicle wont stall. checked inertia switch and relay good, also has 70 psi of fuel pressure. |
