Turns out that updating programming was the issue. Sent to a dealer (far away) and they reprogrammed everything that was able to be updated. They noted a few small hoses clamped, connectors cleaned, etc... But reflash solved everything. Trouble codes: P0300 (Very intermitent code. Random cyl).
