2003 Saab 9-3 Arc 2.0L Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out VIN: YS3FD49Y73 Turns out that updating programming was the issue. Sent to a dealer (far away) and they reprogrammed everything that was able to be updated. They noted a few small hoses clamped, connectors cleaned, etc... But reflash solved everything.
