FIGURED IT OUT! It was the flexplate tone ring, it was bent inward. I was looking more for the crack than the bend. The engine was replaced before it got to me from a different shop, and it looks like it had rested on the floor and caused two of the squares to... Trouble codes: P0339 (Crankshaft position sensor intermittent pcm), U0114 (Lost communication w/ final drive ctrl module abs), U0102 (Lost communication w/ transfer case ctrl module / awd bcm).
