Well, oddly, this vehicle was fixed before I posted this TechHelp request, but I didn't know it. When I pulled the ABS fuses and put them back in, "rebooting" the ABS computer solved the problem. Seems it was just a problem with junk data in the computer. What... Trouble codes: C0900, 00 (Device voltage too high).
