I FIGURED IT WAS EITHER THE SOLENOID, TIMING WAS OFF, OR THE ACTUATOR WAS BAD. SO I DECIDED TO GO WITH THE CHEAPER LESS TIME CONSUMING ONE FIRST WHICH WAS THE SOLENOID.
