| 2008 Chevrolet HHR SS 2.0L Surge, Cuts out, Over Boost VIN: 3GNDA63X08 P0234: Turbocharger Overboost. We have a 2008 HHR SS with a 2.0 Turbo. On decent accel the turbo puts out 25 psi of boost on the factory gauge, 275kpa on my scan tool. The wastegate solenoid PID is showing 95% when it act up.
