The fix was after removing the integrated power module under the hood, found the wire coming from fuse #20 was corroded / broken. Repaired wire ipc came to life and truck starts and runs fine. Thanks everyone.

Thank you to everyone that replied, the chain was indeed one tooth off, we reset the chain and all is good, thanks again. Trouble codes: P0016 (crankshaft/camshaft timing misalignment B1S1), P0014 (bank 1 camshaft 2 position target performance).
