replaced ecu found one at Beckmann technologies unlocked performed variant coding with auto logic. all is well. lesson learned. disconnect battery before testing any wire on Mercedes and don't trust snap on scanner for acuation test on European cars. thanks... Group to get this vehicle fixed number one I did the bulletin for replacing the ground. I measured excessive resistance on the ground wire that was originally there. It was like 9 ohms so after cutting ground at coil I ran a new one to the battery. Got it down...
