Hello all, The car in question came in with a complaint of stalling and hard starting. Customer explained to us that he already replaced: Harmonic Balancer, Fuel Pump and some fuel lines, Crank Sensor, Ignition Module, Spark Plugs, Relays (which ones unknown)... Trouble codes: P0135 (O2 sensor B1S1), P0440 (Evap), P1351 (Ignition Coil I may have caused this code), P1374 (3x reference circuit problem)

Well the car left, so not completely sure, but I think given the nature of this customer(complainer), that as some of you posted, this is normal for this system,(operating as designed).

Thank you for everyone's responses. The problem was the ECM. We replaced ECM and programmed module to vehicle. Vehicle now starts and operates correctly.
