Thanks to all who replied. It was the power relay on the left end of the under dash Central Electronics module. I *think* it is the Terminal 50 relay, and it is the same as the load reduction relay at the other end, with a control number of 460 on the case. ...

sorry for the late close post. as the information you gave me there is problem with the timing chain of these cars , and it seems that it jumped. the costumer took the car to the dealer and it fixed it on warranty issue. thanks a lot.
