I didn't technically fix it but it runs. Left the vehicle in the shop over the week end(with everything connected), pulled the cluster out one more time to get the part number to price out a new one, re-installed it, and just for fun hit the key and it started... Trouble codes: P1650 (powertrain data bus missing from instrument cluster), P1570 (engine blocked by immobilizer).
