| 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 HD SLE 6.6L antitheft light is on VIN: 1GTHK23153 opened up the wire harness from the ign cyl to the bcm and found a three way crimped junction for ground... the one wire was broke at the crimp and touching intermitantly. repaired the wire and dtc cleared and system functions properly. |

| 2001 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L No Start VIN: 3VWSP29M81 I didn't technically fix it but it runs. Left the vehicle in the shop over the week end(with everything connected), pulled the cluster out one more time to get the part number to price out a new one, re-installed it, and just for fun hit the key and it started... Trouble codes: P1650 (powertrain data bus missing from instrument cluster), P1570 (engine blocked by immobilizer). |
