2003 Jeep Liberty Renegade 3.7L Hesitation VIN: 1J4GL38K13
It looks like most guys that replied Nailed it. It was the Cam Sensor, and as most commented it is a good habitt to change both the Cam and Crank Sensors Together. Thanks again Trouble codes: P0320 (Crank sensor), P1299 (Vacuum leak), P0700 (Trans fault), P0725 (Engine speed).

The fix was a broken wire in the middle of the harness as Tim stated. Brown and Grey from wiper motor to ipm under the fuse box mounting bracket at the junction where all the the wires twist in every direction. Thanks again Seth
