Fixed vehicle by adjusting Idle screw at the throttle plate. Not the Iac. Someone must have adjusted it for a lower idle to keep from setting an Iac code. When new one installed cause van to cut off Trouble codes: P1633 (KAM Low Voltage), P1507 (Prevous Code Until Replacement Of IAC), N0TE.
