Step 1: I replaced the ECT Sensor first to make sure the PCM was receiving the correct engine temperature for it's algorithm to calculate various temperatures.

Step 2: Cleared all codes.

Step 3: Drive vehicle and the 'Check Engine' light illuminates again.
