| 2001 Ford Escape XLT 3.0L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation VIN: 1FMCU04121 Costumer complaint was that vehicle hesitated, and drive poorly. I found some vacuum hoses leaking and replaced them. When I checked the spark plugs, plug 2,4, and 6 holes were filled with oil. The other 3 were ash fouled. At that moment it had a misfire code ... | 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty Harley-Davidson Edition 6.0L No Start VIN: 1FTNW21P14 Well we finally licked this popsickle.. Alan from Michigan hit it on the nose. The seal at the back of the pump at the gear was bad. We replaced the pump and tested for 2 days and all is well. My hair is starting to grow back now. Thanks for all the great help... |

| 2004 Ford Explorer XLT 4.6L heat VIN: 1FMDU73W44 replaced blend door motor (easy fix)did not have to r&r dash to replace. remove center consol,center trim panel and lower colom panel.remove left lower air duct.three bolts can be removed with a 8mm wrench and a 8mm swivel. thanks. |

| 2006 Ford F-150 XLT 5.4L Headlamps VIN: 1FTPW14506 No moisture inside was found, no water leaks from windshield. Auto DRL are present. Vehicle never had a draw greater than 35mA while at our shop. Customer will return if problem persists. |
