1998 Lincoln Town Car Signature 4.6L No Start
Vehicle came in on hook after dieing @ highway speed/ no [...] to crank before weekend, no start. Monday morning battery dead. charged battery , still no start. scanner showed no communication with PCM. Found fuse #12 blown(inst. cluster,antitheft,ign. switch....
