2004 Audi S4 Avant 4.2L Engine knock/tapping VIN: WAUPL68E64
4 months ago tapping developed at rear of right head and increases with RPM's. No codes and no loss of power. I suspect chain rails but need to verify. Any advise from Audi techs would be most helpful.
