| 1999 Ford F-150 XL 4.2L No Start, Stall VIN: 1FTZX1724X Well guys after checking, ckecking, and rechecking all powers and grounds through breakout box with PCM connected, only found solenoids, that the PCM controls, having high voltage when it should not.
