1999 Ford F-150 XL 4.2L No Start, Stall
Truck came to shop with no start when cold, we could not get to act up, took truck for test drive and truck stalled. Pulled back to shop, theft light flashing fast, no communication with PCM, can communicate with IPC. Has U1147 and U1262, noticed the fuel pump...
