Thanks for all your help. TP sensor % was high but voltage was normal. Changed TP sensor and it shifts normal. It had a cheap aftermarket sensor. Thanks again you guys pointed me in the right direction.

The ipr was apparently only partially failing. It finally failed completetly only producing 300psi. Upon r... Trouble codes: P2290 (Icp low), P2614 (Cmp low), P2617 (Ckp low).

picked up from the dealer a few days ago with new catalytic converters... runs like a top. So the accepted value seems to be 2 - 3 psi max. that is all tat was needed to know Trouble codes: P0420, P0018, P0022, P0305, P0307, P0308.
