Thanks for all replies. I went through everything suggested. Cleaned grounds again, tested batteries etc. I even "set" the TPS minimum voltage to .5 volt from .21 volts. Graphing TPS/APPS showed a nice clean pattern with no drop outs. A clear plastic fuel line...
