Well this one is fixxed. It was the EHCU. I did do as some suggest and tried the automated bleed process first. That made no difference. I got a control unit from a salvage yard that I trust and all is well no more sinking pedal. Thanks again for all the help.

Thanks guys The flange at the turbo inlet (exhaust) was not fully seated wow what a tight fit But that was it Thanks again Trouble codes: P0132 (Turbo boost control a performance), P0677 (Number 7 glow plug circuit).
