THANKS FOR EVERYONES RESPONSES. WAS UPSTREAM O2 SENSOR. CHECKED O2 VOLTAGE ON SCANNER. VOLTAGE WAS BELOW 1.3 VOLTS WHEN THIS OCCURRED. REPLACED 02 SESOR AND HAS NOT HAPPENED SINCE REALLY APPRETIATE THE HELP!
