| 2003 Acura MDX 3.5L Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 2HNYD18693 Thanks to all who replied, you were all pretty much correct. A valve adjustment took care of the misfires and engine codes. All the exhaust valves were too tight to put any feeler gauge into - so much for the "only 50K miles" used engine. Decided to compare... Trouble codes: P1399 (Multiple cylinder misfire), P0304 (Misfire 4 cylinder), P0401 (Misfire 1 cylinder), P0700 (Transmission code - 3rd pressure switch circuit), P0300 (Random misfire), P2237 (Ho2s b1 s1 1p line high voltage). |

All nailed it, The intake has a plastic gear for the runner actuator and strips. This is the 1st thing to check before getting into the system deep. Ends up needing the whole plenum ... Trouble codes: P1159 (vics valve curcit malfunction). |
