2003 Acura MDX 3.5L Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 2HNYD18693
Thanks to all who replied, you were all pretty much correct. A valve adjustment took care of the misfires and engine codes. All the exhaust valves were too tight to put any feeler gauge into - so much for the "only 50K miles" used engine. Decided to compare... Trouble codes: P1399 (Multiple cylinder misfire), P0304 (Misfire 4 cylinder), P0401 (Misfire 1 cylinder), P0700 (Transmission code - 3rd pressure switch circuit), P0300 (Random misfire), P2237 (Ho2s b1 s1 1p line high voltage).

Thanks to all again. Code P1159. Brett, Bradley, Ty, Rashid, Vi, and James. All nailed it, The intake has a plastic gear for the runner actuator and strips. This is the 1st thing to check before getting into the system deep. Ends up needing the whole plenum ... Trouble codes: P1159 (vics valve curcit malfunction).
