| 1998 Chevrolet K2500 Silverado 6.5L Mechanical Sorry it took so long for me to get back to everyone. I wound up pulling the transmission and tearing it down and finding several direct clutch and steel plates stuck together. Threw in a rebuild kit and all was well after that.
