The ground was located on back of compressor bracket... really black (dirty) connectors, no star lock washer and bracket was dirty.. Sorry I didn't do voltage drop. Bad ground = hi voltage...Got that cleaned up and the 2 second prime came rig... Trouble codes: 19 (Fuel pump relay circuti shorted to 12v). |

2002 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 2.4L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1G1JH52716 Well it looks like Joe was right. It turned out to be the O2 sensor again. It was giving a false reading. We replaced with a delco unit and vehicle hasn't returned. Trims got better but were still a little high at idle. LTFT at 13 and short term at about +2 an... Trouble codes: P0171. |

2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD 6.0L Stall, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1GCHK23U43 Fuel pump, filter and regulator. I used a low amp probe with the lab scope and found a very messy waveform, not a nice clean pattern I saw in the waveform library. The fuel filter was also pretty much clogged, I could barely blow through it! Out of caution we ... Trouble codes: P0134 (Low O2S activity bank 1 sensor 1), P0300 (Engine Misfire Detected), P1516 (Electronic Throttle Mod Vs. Throttle Position Performance). |
