| 2006 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L Excessive Emissions, Poor Fuel Economy VIN: 3VWR171K96 Hi and thanks for the replies, pulled the EGR and was very clogged up. But even cleaning, the valve would not work. So a new valve is on order. We removed the upper part of the intake manifold and cleaned and the engine ran fine as long as the EGR valve remain... Trouble codes: P0403 (Egr valve n18 malfunction), P0131 (Oxygen sensor b1 s1 signal too low intermittent), 52196 (Oxygen sensor b1 s1 signal too high rich intermittent), P0101 (Mass air flow sensor g70 implausible signal). |
