| 1996 Lexus LS400 4.0L Steering VIN: JT8BH22F6T the fix was the power steering ecu. when adding voltage to the lexus rack we had power steering. the aftermarket racks had no change when adding power. my best guess that one of the after market racks shorted out the ecu. thanks to all that replied, edward |
