2007 Toyota Prius 1.5L Shifts into neutral only
Customer is complaining that at times when transmission is
shifted into Forward or Reverse it goes into neutral only.
If they turn the vehicle off and back on it will shift
normally. Sometimes that have to do this a second time, but
usually not.
