| 1998 Dodge Dakota 2.5L Poor Idle Quality VIN: 1B7FL22P1W Tested vehicle per Mitchell repair procedure for code. No wires checked shorted but pcm drivers to idle air control circuit all tested less than 5 ohms of resistance which is below tolerance. Replaced computer with used and re-tested. I checked the ground for the o2 heaters on the first day they looked good and tight but about a foot into the harness someone did a very bad repair and there was a butt connector that had two strans of wire holding it together s... | 2000 Dodge Neon High Line 2.0L Mechanical VIN: 1B3ES46C3Y My Bad The problem turned out to be the alternator. when I removed the belt the first time I didn't see this vehicle had two belts, so I missed the alternator.
