Vehicle will not start when cold unless the throttle is depressed 1/4 or more. Once the vehicle starts it will stall when foot taken off pedal. After 5 min vehicle runs and idles normal. vehicle appears to have good MAP and IAC. The O2 sensor readings are 4.96...
