I got 4 replies on this, and am thankful for the advice. Brent and Justin were the closest on this. What I found is the wiring ti the IDM was shorting on the alternator bracket. The problem was we just tried first a new fuel pressure regulator then when that did not fix it we ordered up the pcm/fuel pressure regulator kit, but... Yes this car is fixed. The battery nor the Ignition switch were bad. The problem was the pcm. We disconnected the 12volt battery and touched the battery cables together which reset the PCM. reconnected battery and the car runs fine.		 10
