| 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 3.9L Hesitation, MIL Lamp on, Loss of power/ VIN: 2B4HB15X9X OK after ending in a dead end several times. I decided to run down the flow chart one more time for the P0132 code. While looking at the scanner again I noticed the post o2 sensor set code P0145 along with P0135.Heater failure! We found no voltage to the heat...
