| 2002 Lincoln LS 3.9L No Start VIN: 1LVNHM87A5 Big thanks to Richard and Kenneth. The problem turned out to be the PCM power relay in the underhood junction block. More accurately the problem was me cutting corners. I checked the powers and grounds, but I did it with a test light and no load on the circuit...
