Thanks for all the replies. We check the cam timing gears with valve cover off.Found no problem.E.G.R system was good. Exhaust was the only thing we questioned with 1.5-2 lbs backpressure on both sides. The water pump started to leak and the harmonic balancer ... Trouble codes: p0300.		 10

1999 Isuzu Amigo 3.2L CV Axle
Well all the suggestions were unanimous I went ahead pulled the clamps off the inner cv carrier and pulled the cv joint from the carrier and replaced axle that way. Saved a bunch of time. Thanks for all the suggestions and now I know to steer clear of Isuzu's.		 8

Well it ended up to be the downstream 02 sensor causing the problem. The upstream had been replace months before. What still baffles me is why is did not send an catalyst inefficency code or O2 code then. The downstream o2 was not working at all. Trouble codes: P0171.		 5
