The throttle acuator was stuck. An easy way to check this is the future would be to remove the upper intake and try to open the butterfly's. With the key off you should be able to open them easily. Fellow Techs, I received 6 good ideas. I had replaced the low resistance o2s with Bosch { botch] . Robert said I should use OE. One of the new Bosch sensors was shorted. I replaced all with OE.Still had problems. I found that computer would not ground the heat...
