has no vacuum to egr valve, can ground solenoid and vacuum goes up to 10 inches, mdp kp 69.4, spec around 25 kp, when driving vehicle pcm is commanding solenoid, checked all vacuum lines and they are routed correctly, it should be applying vacuum but why not, ...
