Thanks all! As many suspected the rebuilt PCM installed turned out to have anittheft software installed in error. It was sent back and a factory unit installed. After entering the VIN and milage it started without a hitch. FWIW the BCM wasn't effected/infecte... Trouble codes: P1598 (hi ac pressure).
