scanner is very basic, but it pulls codes well. This
vehicle is not "throwing" an ECU code.

Thank you all who responded. As I stated it was a educational enquiry. As suggested I gave this thing a good oil change with Motorcraft oil and filter and let the customer have it back. We contacted the customer and it is still doing fine. Trouble codes: p1212 (Low or no IPC pressure). |

Thanks for the 4 replies.
All 4 said the ignition cable needs replacement.
One reply said the wires will ohm ok, but will cause misfire under a load.
Replace wires and plugs with OE (not cheap).
Still no fix!!!
Cust frustrated and stop work.
I did search... Trouble codes: P0301 (cyl 1 misfire), P0300 (random misfire), P0306 (cyl 6 misfire). |
