1996 Ford Pickup 7.3L No Start
This Powerstroke will start as soon as you touch the key
when the engine is cold. If you let it get warm and shut it
off it will not restart. Codes stored are P1280 and P1212 -
Both ICP Codes. I Replaced ICP Regulator and High Pressure

stud at rear of engine. this hapened when the last engine
was installed. i found the ficm ground wire eyelet just
