| 1998 Ford F-150 XL 4.2L MIL Lamp on VIN: 2FTZX1727W Hi iATN, thanks again for the suggestions that I received. After further testing I found that the IMRC solenoid was intermittently faulty. It was the bank 2 IMRC solenoid that failed. Because this problem has not caused the customer any noticeable driveability... Trouble codes: P1538 (IMRC Bank 2 Stuck Open). |
