1993 Chevrolet Lumina 3.1L No Start, Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Cuts out, Stall, Misfire

We checked it out and found a code 82 3X signal error. So

module,replaced module connector. alldata tests tell me
that the dfist. is bad in one test, another test tells me
that the ground circut for module is open, the ground

The variable cam requlator (FR on cyl head) has a screen that was fairly pluged as per Mikes post. This did not fix my misfire code but did help with fuel trim.
