and seems to change upon IAC disconnection. Intake manifold
Smokes ok and idle does not change on spraying intake so no

Thanks everyone. We were able to reset idle speed with help of Dannys responce. Was able to ground circuit and avoid OEM tool in this case and car idled down well.
