Thanks to all who replied, almost all the replies mentioned valve adjustment or carbon buildup. As I stated in my post I had already adjusted the valves and ruled out tuneup stuff and fuel injectors. All the replies were helpful. I replaced the crank sensor. That has fixed his starting and low power complaints. I have not closed this sooner, the customer contacted me a couple of days after the repair to say it ran great except for one time on the inters...
