Thanks to all that replied. John from NJ hit it right on the money. i removed the door panel and found the linkage from the key cylinder disconnected. Installed the linkage and reset the window.

Thanks for all the input. The front speed sensors had a tiny bit of rust build up I overlooked the first time I took the sensors out. It only took about a mm of rust to throw the whole system off but not throw a code. Thanks again
