Thanks to all that replied. John from NJ hit it right on the money. i removed the door panel and found the linkage from the key cylinder disconnected. Installed the linkage and reset the window. 		18
1996 Toyota Camry 2.2L abs system
Thanks for all the input. The front speed sensors had a tiny bit of rust build up I overlooked the first time I took the sensors out. It only took about a mm of rust to throw the whole system off but not throw a code. Thanks again		 9
