1999 Audi A6 2.8L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on
this vehicle came to me from auction, at first it wouldn't
stay on, and i had the P1545 for throttle body (i think
that's what the code is for)so i cleaned the throtle body,

It's fixed !! As several respondents suggested, the one-way check valve was stopped up, so the pump's output went that far and no farther. Thanks guys for your responses. Jay and Butch nailed it on the head with the 4 Way Flasher. Replaced w/ a factory unit and it hasnt blown any fuses and the mixed signal is now normal.
