2003 Dodge Neon SE 2.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1B3ES26C63
car came in with a 340 cmp fault. after checking cmp, found an erratic and intermittent signal. ugly waveform. cam sync and crank sync showed yes, start sync for cmp was sometimes yes, sometimes no. with sensor off, found no debris on camshaft, and all magnets... Trouble codes: P0340, P0016

had faulty pcm.replaced but could not program,had to tow to dealer,they charged 200.00 for that service we could not find anyplace else to program. Thanks everyone for help
