| 2004 Kia Rio 1.6L No Start VIN: KNADC12584 Well as always you guys came through again. I beleive 3 people hit the nail on the head. It was the Cam position sensor triger wheel on the end of the cam shaft. The screw that holds it in place had backed off just enough to allow the trigger wheel to back ...
